FRIDAY TO FRIDAY BOOKINGS
Short Breaks available from November to March -please enquire for other times
The period of tenancy is from 3pm on date of arrival until 10am on date of departure.
Please pay £100 deposit for each week or £50 for each short break when you book. This will secure your booking. This will be held as a deposit until after you have completed your stay and will be refunded if there aren’t any breakages or damages to the property or items in the property.
The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Confirmation and directions will be sent on the receipt of the deposit.
If you need to cancel your holiday please inform us immediately and we will try and re-let the accommodation and if successful, refund your deposit.
